MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and, on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts. MMA training takes aspects from BJJ and Muay Thai to develop an intense workout that emphasizes strength and conditioning in a safe professional program scalable to your level.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The term 'strength and conditioning training' refers to the format of exercise which highlights building the strength, size as well as endurance of skeletal muscles. To undertake strength and conditioning training, you need to utilise resistance to muscular contraction so as you can achieve the desired results.
